I sometimes get the following popup, and that's why I'm posting on this forum.
I've shut my DSL off and on several times. I've shutdown and restarted Windows Live Mail, as well as having rebooted my computer many times. Internet works fine, and the only way I can read mail is by going to hotmail's website, for example. As a result, none of my incoming mail will download, nor my outgoing mail upload. Would you like to go online now?' I've clicked on every opportunity to 'go online' and nothing works. I get the following pop-up window, 'You are currently working offline. For some reason now, it just won't go online. I've used Windows Live Mail for about five years.
